About The
RUM
EXQUISITE RUM
MADE at HOME
FROM COAST to COST

Barrel-aged rums are crafted from a variety of sugarcane products, each bringing its own unique character. Molasses, the most common base, gives rum deep, rich flavors, while cane syrup offers a lighter, more floral profile. Sugarcane juice (used in rhum agricole) results in earthy, grassy notes, while white or brown cane sugar and evaporated cane sugar provide smoother, cleaner finishes.
The type of still—pot or column—also impacts flavor, with pot stills creating fuller, more complex rums and column stills producing lighter, more refined spirits. Each element shapes the rum’s final taste, adding layers of sophistication.

WHY AMERICAN?

Have you walked down your Rum aisle recently?
Stopped by your local rum distillery?
Can you name the largest US-based Rum Distillery?

If the answer is no, there's a reason for that. Homegrown and overlooked—American rum deserves its moment.

Our mission is simple. We live in an amazing time where there are nearly 3,000 craft distilleries nestled in every state across our country, and America is an expansive country. Around 85% to 90% of the rum consumed in the United States is imported, primarily from countries like Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. Domestically produced rum, while growing due to craft distilleries, still represents a smaller share, less than 15% of total consumption.

We aim to change that by shinning on light on the people and places, the inputs and outputs, and most importantly, the RUM that is produced here in America. That is why we're bottling only rums in the fullest glory right here in the Mainland.

Our initial barrel releases will begin in 2025, with limited distribution and production to start. We look forward to to sharing our passion for fine domestic sipping rum with you soon!
